CONTACT US
A question before choosing a piece, or a detail to sort out after ordering? Start with the information below so your message reaches the right subject.
Before you choose a size
For a top or a relaxed dress, compare the listed measurements with a garment you already wear. Use the individual listing to choose a size and colour.
For a product question, send the product name or link and the selected option to contact@ahomeofquality.com.
Help with an order
For an existing order, email contact@ahomeofquality.com with the order number and the email address used at checkout. Do not send your full card number, security code or password.
We serve the United States market. Processing takes an estimated 2–5 business days, followed by 7–15 business days in transit after dispatch. See the Shipping Policy for rates, delays and order changes.
Starting a return
If you would like to request a return or refund, contact us within 30 days after delivery. The clock starts when you receive the order, not when you place it. This is the time to send the request; the return parcel does not have to reach us within those 30 days.
Email contact@ahomeofquality.com first. Customer service will reply with the return instructions and address; the registered address is not a return address. There is no return processing fee. The Return and Refund Policy explains condition, postage and refunds.
Privacy and content enquiries
Use contact@ahomeofquality.com for privacy and intellectual-property enquiries as well. A subject such as “Privacy request” or “Content concern” helps identify the issue. Read the Privacy Policy or Intellectual Property Rights page for relevant details.
