Available payment methods
Use the payment methods displayed at checkout for your order. Availability can depend on the payment service, currency and delivery details. A method is not offered merely because its name or logo appears on an external website.
Review the amount before paying
Check the selected items, quantities, currency, any applied discount, delivery charge, taxes displayed and final order total before authorising payment. Our published delivery charges are in United States dollars. See the Shipping Policy for the listed rates.
If a charge or currency is unclear, contact contact@ahomeofquality.com before completing payment. Your bank or payment provider can explain any fee or currency conversion it applies separately; this page does not promise that those third-party charges are covered by the store.
If a payment does not complete
Check the checkout message and your order confirmation before trying again. If a payment appears on your statement but no order confirmation arrives, email us with the checkout email address, approximate order time and transaction reference if available. Do not send a full card number, security code or password. Your payment provider can help with an authorisation or declined payment.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Following issuance, the estimated bank or payment-provider posting time is 5–10 business days. There is no return processing fee. Eligibility, the 30-day post-delivery request window and return postage are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
