SHIPPING POLICY
This policy explains delivery charges and estimated timing for orders placed with A Home of Quality, operated by YANG FULING TRADING LIMITED.
Delivery area
We serve the United States market. Available delivery options for your address are shown at checkout. Please contact us before ordering if your address is not accepted.
Processing and transit time
- Order processing: 2–5 business days after a complete order and payment are received.
- Transit after dispatch: 7–15 business days.
- Combined estimate: approximately 9–20 business days. The transit estimate does not include processing time.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

The processing and transit estimates above also apply to the VIP option; a separate faster delivery time is not promised. For an order outside the listed amount ranges, contact us to confirm delivery options before paying. Review shipping charges and any taxes displayed at checkout before completing payment.
Tracking and delivery help
Tracking details will be sent after dispatch. If your tracking information is missing or the delivery estimate has passed, email contact@ahomeofquality.com with your order number so we can investigate with the delivery service.
If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we will notify you of the delay and offer the choice of accepting a revised shipment date or cancelling the unshipped order for a refund. You do not need to wait 60 days to raise a delivery problem.
Order changes and returns
Contact us promptly if you need to correct an address or request cancellation. We will confirm what can be changed based on the order's status; changes to a dispatched parcel cannot be guaranteed. A failed delivery or incorrect address will be reviewed with you rather than automatically treated as forfeiting all refund rights.
