Delivery at a glance
Our delivery market is the United States. Available options for your address appear at checkout. If the address is not accepted, contact us before ordering.
Preparation, then time on the way
Allow 2–5 business days to prepare your order after a complete order and payment are received. After dispatch, allow a further 7–15 business days for transit. That is approximately 9–20 business days altogether, not 7–15 days including preparation.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

The same processing and transit estimates apply to the VIP option; it does not carry a separate promise of faster arrival.
For an amount outside these listed ranges, contact contact@ahomeofquality.com to confirm delivery options before paying. Review the shipping charge and any taxes actually displayed at checkout before completing payment.
Following your parcel
Tracking details will be sent after dispatch. If those details are missing, or the delivery estimate has passed, email contact@ahomeofquality.com with the order number so we can investigate with the delivery service.
If plans change
Plans can change. Email contact@ahomeofquality.com promptly for an address correction or cancellation request; we will confirm what can be changed at the order’s current stage.
Changes to a dispatched parcel cannot be guaranteed. If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we will notify you and offer a revised shipment date or cancellation of the unshipped order for a refund. A failed delivery or incorrect address will be reviewed with you; it does not automatically forfeit all refund rights.
For delivered items, return or refund requests may be made within 30 days after delivery. Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to request the return address and who pays return postage.
