TERMS OF SERVICE
Your contracting party for purchases from this website is YANG FULING TRADING LIMITED. A Home of Quality is its store brand. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company.
Effective and last updated: September 11, 2026. These Terms explain how to use our store and place an order. Read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Using the store
Place orders only if you can enter into a binding purchase agreement or have the involvement of a parent or guardian who can do so. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information, and use only a payment method you are authorised to use. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content or infringe another person's rights.
Products, prices and orders
We sell clothing through this website. Check the product description, measurements, selected colour and size, quantity and items included before ordering. Styling accessories shown in an image are included only when the product description lists them. Screen settings can affect the appearance of colours; this does not remove your rights if an item is faulty or materially different from its description.
Review the currency, item prices, any applicable discount, shipping charge, taxes displayed and order total at checkout before authorising payment. The payment methods available for your order are those actually offered at checkout. A promotion applies only to the products and conditions stated with that offer.
An order acknowledgement confirms that we received your order. If stock availability, an obvious pricing error, a payment issue or a delivery restriction prevents us from fulfilling it as ordered, we will contact you. We will not replace an item or increase an agreed price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will cancel the affected part and refund any payment collected for it.
Delivery and cancellation requests
Our delivery market is the United States. Estimated processing is 2–5 business days, followed by 7–15 business days in transit after dispatch. Transit does not include processing. Full rates, timing and help for a delayed parcel are in our Shipping Policy.
Email contact@ahomeofquality.com promptly to request cancellation or an address change. We will confirm what is possible based on the order's status. If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we will notify you and offer the choice of a revised shipment date or cancellation of the unshipped order for a refund.
Returns and refunds
You may submit a return or refund request within 30 days after delivery. Contact us first for the return address; our registered address is not a return address. We do not charge a return processing fee. The Return and Refund Policy explains item condition, return postage, faulty or incorrect items, and refunds to the original payment method.
Privacy, messages and site content
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Contacting us does not give us unrestricted ownership of your message, photographs or other content. We use information submitted for customer service to respond to the issue and administer the related order, subject to that policy.
Do not copy or use site content in a way that infringes applicable rights. If you believe a listing infringes your rights, follow the instructions on our Intellectual Property Rights page. A link to a third-party website does not replace that website's own terms or privacy information.
Consumer rights and resolving concerns
Please contact contact@ahomeofquality.com with an order or service concern so we can review it. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods, or prevents you from contacting a regulator or bringing a claim through an available legal process.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. This choice does not take away mandatory consumer protections or remedies that apply in your place of residence, including applicable United States federal or state law. It does not require you to give up a court or complaint procedure available under those mandatory protections.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for future use of the store and will show the updated date here. An update does not retrospectively remove the rights or agreed terms of an order already placed. If a provision cannot lawfully apply, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent permitted by law.
